Cultivating Balance: A Yoga and Writing Workshop
Experience the holidays from a place of balance. Discover your center and learn to stay grounded and connected. This workshop, appropriate for all levels of experience, combines gentle yoga and meditation, with guided writing exercises, and reflection. Participants will leave with tools for staying present, open, and peaceful.
Time will be available for
writing in silence as well as for optional sharing in a safe and supportive community.
